Refund policy

Refunds

Due to the personalized and digital nature of these services, all sales are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or exceptions are offered once an order has been completed and/or fulfillment has begun once payment is completed.

Chargebacks Prior to Fulfillment

If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated before the service has been completed within the stated delivery timeframe, the order will be place on hold and no further work will be performed. The order may be cancelled and handled exclusively through the client's financial institution.

Chargebacks After Fulfillment

If a chargeback is initiated after the service has been delivered, fulfilled, or completed, all supporting documentation (including order details, delivery proof, and communication records) will be submitted to the payment processor for review. The service will be considered fully rendered at the time of delivery.

General Dispute Terms

By completing a purchase, the client agrees that all services are digital, custom, and non-tangible, and that fulfillment constitutes completion of this service. All chargebacks made before or during the agreed upon delivery window will be treated as a breech of these terms.

Order Completion & Fulfillment

Once a purchase is completed, the order is immediately queued for processing. Work begins within the stated delivery listed in the product/service page.

Returns

As services are custom and digitally delivered, returns are not applicable.

Client Acknowledgement

By completing a purchase, the client confirms they have reviewed the service description, understand the nature of the offering, and agree to all terms, including delivery format and timeframe.

No Guarantee Clause
